Why this form, instead of a normal
email link? Well,
our friends The Spammers have gotten smart these days,
and they have automated 'spiders' that go out and scan
web pages looking for email addresses to add to their
mailing lists. So we removed the email address and replaced
it with this form. By submitting the form, you still
send us an email, but the spammers can't get to our address.
Can we fight back? You betcha.
Spam filtering software is also getting pretty smart, and
we can now 'blacklist' known spam and its sender. The
email link below goes to an account that treats every message
as spam and blacklists the sender. So don't send any mail
to this account, but hopefully the spammers will pick it
up and start using it!
